Who Attends?
Summer schools are generally designed for more junior lawyers (1-3 year PQEs). Restructuring and insolvency is also an area into which many lawyers from other practices are transitioning and that other professionals will need to become more familiar with as restructuring and insolvency becomes a reality for more and more companies.
