The management of companies in difficult times, the restructuring process after a crisis of the prevention of insolvency are complex tasks. Fast and efficient communication between top management, associates and service providers like banks, lawyers, accountants, and business consultants is crucial. The Corporate Restructuring Association Germany has dedicated itself to the task of improving the information exchange between all parties involved in company reorganisation and of supporting the use of modern management concepts and solutions. As an open, interdisciplinary and neutral platform, the Association offers clear and concise information about service providers in this sector. Even if the majority of companies are running well, prevention is still the best way of identifying and avoiding impending problems. At present, the Association has more than 370 affiliate members in Europe.
